  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of being placed, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
  • We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and next-day shipping. The options available to you will depend on your location and the size and weight of your order.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
  • We are unable to make changes to your order or cancel it once it has been shipped.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will do our best to assist you in recovering your order if it does not arrive as expected.

In addition to our standard shipping options, we also offer local pickup in Elizabeth, CO for customers who chose not to ship their purchase. Pickup is available by appointment only and must be arranged in advance. To schedule a pickup, please contact our customer service team to make arrangements. Please note that all orders must be paid in full before they are available for pickup.
