Refund Policy for 2BeeKPers, LLC

Thank you for purchasing from 2BeeKPers, LLC. We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help. We ask all of our customers to check their items upon delivery for issues that may have arisen from transport.

We offer refunds in the following circumstances:

  • If the item you received is defective or damaged (if damaged, create a case with shipping carrier before contacting us)
  • If the item you received is significantly different from what was described on our website

In order to request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item. You can reach us by phone or email.

  2. Provide us with your order number and a description of the issue you are experiencing with the item.

  3. If the issue is due to a defect or damage, please provide photos or videos that clearly show the issue.

Once we receive your request and confirm that the issue meets the criteria for a refund, we will process your refund and issue you a return shipping label.

Please note that we are unable to process refunds for items that have been used or altered in any way. We also cannot process refunds for items that were ordered more than 14 days ago.

In most cases, we will be able to offer you a replacement item instead of a refund. If you prefer a replacement, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
